2019 Hooksett Youth Athletic Association Scholarship Application

The Hooksett Youth Athletic Association is accepting applications for its fourth annual Hooksett Youth Athletic Association Senior Scholar-Athlete Scholarship for graduating seniors of the Hooksett community.

Any male or female senior who currently resides in Hooksett, has participated in a Hooksett Youth Athletic Association sponsored sport or activity, have shown a strong commitment to the community, academic performace and will be attending college is eligible.

               

The Hooksett Youth Athletic Association will award a $1,500 scholarship to one male and one female scholar-athlete.

 

Applications are due by Wednesday, May 15th.

2019 HYAA GENERAL MEETING/BOARD MEMBER ELECTIONS

Hello Members,

Our annual meeting and board member elections will be held on Monday May 6 at the Hooksett Town Hall located at 35 Main St, Hooksett, NH. Elections will begin at 6:00 pm. Please enter the building through the main st door. The annual meeting will start at 7:00 pm. All members are invited to vote and attend. The following positions are open:

Vice Chairman - 2 year term

Secretary - 2 year term (2)

At Large Members - 2 year term

If you are interested in making a difference and helping us in supporting our youth and community as we move forward, please consider applying for one of these position. Interested parties should email Mark Chagnon at mchagnon@unionleader.com to apply and add your name to the ballot.

Petersbrook New Fields Construction

 

It's been a long journey, but final construction on getting the new fields prepared for the 2018 season have began. We will update pictures of the continuing construction for all to see. Thanks to all who have made this possible!

The Hooksett Youth Athletic Association is proud to announce award winners for the third annual Hooksett Youth Athletic Association Senior Volunteer-Scholar-Athlete Scholarship for graduating seniors of the Hooksett community.

Any senior who currently resides in Hooksett, has participated in a Hooksett Youth Athletic Association sponsored sport or activity, and will be attending college was eligible.

The Hooksett Youth Athletic Association will award a $1,000 scholarship to Megan Evans of New Hampton School and Zachary Hickey of Trinity High School. Zachary and Megan will be added to the list of former winners from 2016 Talia Cote and Brennan Senacal and from 2017 Nicole Gonya and Cameron Miclette
